Pam Johnson-Bennett, CCBC-Ret., is a best-selling author and internationally recognized pioneer in the field of cat behavior. With a career spanning over four decades, she has written eight influential books, including the acclaimed Think Like a Cat, often referred to as the “cat bible.” Her work has shaped the way veterinarians, shelters, and cat parents understand feline behavior, and her books are used in professional training programs worldwide.

Pam began her groundbreaking career in 1982 with in-home behavior consultations, helping to lay the foundation for the field of cat behavior consulting. She has starred in the Animal Planet UK series Psycho Kitty, served as a spokesperson for major national campaigns, and held leadership roles in organizations such as the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants. With countless media appearances, advisory roles, and awards to her name, Pam continues to be a trusted voice and advocate for cats everywhere.
