Email Consultations

When an email consultation is scheduled a behavior history form will be emailed to you. This must be filled out and emailed back to our office before Pam can begin evaluating your cat’s problem. We also request that you include any video (which you can place privately on YouTube) as well as any still photography. In addition to pictures of the cat(s), include pictures or video of the cat’s litter box(es), feeding station(s), areas where he/she tends to spend the most time, areas where trouble occurs, or video of actual behavior concerns. This is vital information that will greatly help in evaluating the problem.

The fee for an email consultation with Pam Johnson-Bennett is $95. Follow-up email consultations are available for $49. Your email consultation includes a detailed email instruction report with hand-out reminders. If requested, a summary report will be sent to your veterinarian.

All email consultations must be prepaid. When the behavior history form is emailed to you, we will direct you back to this page to prepay for your consultation through PayPal.

Cat Behavior Associates does not issue refunds. Pam Johnson-Bennett does not provide a medical diagnosis and will not dispense medical advice. Please consult your cat’s veterinarian before scheduling a behavior consultation in order to rule out any possible underlying medical cause. Our office also can’t guarantee results because much of the success of a behavior modification plan depends on owner compliance, the cat’s background, the cat’s current environment, the severity of the problem and how long it has been going on.
