 Consultations are conducted by Pam Johnson-Bennett on an
in-home basis in the Nashville, TN area*.
Before an appointment can be
scheduled, Cat Behavior Associates may require that
your cat first be seen by your veterinarian for the specific
behavior complaint so underlying medical possibilities can
be ruled out.
In-home consultations are
scheduled Monday – Friday during normal business hours.
Weekend appointments are available on a limited basis.
A consultation lasts 60-90
minutes. Consultations that exceed 90 minutes are charged an
additional fee per half-hour.
 Fees are due at the time of the
consultation. In-home consultation fees are payable by
check, money order or cash. Credit card payments are
accepted through PayPal if paid in advance of consultation.

for a 60-90 in-home consultation is $300

Consultations that exceed 90 minutes are charged $25 per
half-hour

A
transportation fee of $2 per mile is charged for in-home
consultations beyond 45 miles of our office.
Upon scheduling an in-home
consultation a behavioral history questionnaire will be
emailed to you. This form must be emailed back to our office
at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
After your consultation you
will receive a summary discharge sheet, along with
case-specific handouts and follow-up instructions.
Consultation fees include 3
weeks of phone and email follow-up. Clients needing further
communication beyond the 3 week period may schedule a
follow-up in-home consultation or telephone consultation.
